The Prime Minister of Québec, Jean Charest, is pleased to announce 34 nominations to one of the three grades of the National Order of Québec, the most prestigious distinction awarded by the Québec government. Richard E. Tremblay is named Officer of the National Order of Québec in recognition of his groundbreaking research on child socialization and violence prevention.
